Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a prokaryotic expression vector of a tryptophan decarboxylase gene. The prokaryotic expression vector is constructed by the following method: (1) taking pEGX-4T-1 as a starting plasmid, carrying out double enzyme digestion on the pEGX-4T-1 by utilizing pflm I and btg I, and then connecting the pEGX-4T-1 into an artificial chain with the length of 100bp to construct a plasmid pEGX-4T-J; (2) carrying out codon optimization on the gene for coding rice tryptophan decarboxylase, wherein the sequence of the optimized coding gene of the rice tryptophan decarboxylase is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1; and (3) carrying out double enzyme digestion treatment on the plasmid pEGX-4T-J by adopting Spe I and Bsc91 I, and connecting the nucleotide fragment as shown in SEQ ID NO.1 to the plasmid pEGX-4T-J subjected to double enzyme digestion by virtue of DNA ligase, so as to construct the prokaryotic expression vector of the tryptophan decarboxylase gene.
