METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DISTRIBUTING ORDER EXECUTION IN MOM SYSTEM

The present invention provides a method and system for distributing order execution in a MOM system, whereby order management functionalities are distributed as two or more independent modules across two or more enterprise levels, the two or more independent modules comprises a GOM module, and a set of LOM modules. The method comprises: a) using past negotiation data exchanged with a given LOM module to compute a module providing as output a negotiation reliability score to assign to a negotiation exchange with the given LOM module; b) at runtime, negotiating a negotiable parameter of a specific production order with the given LOM module by means of the specific negotiation model; c) at runtime, updating the specific negotiation model with tunings obtained by applying runtime data to the corresponding computed reliability module aimed at improving the reliability score; d) at runtime, distributing the order execution to the given LOM module whereby an agreement on at least one negotiable requirement has been
