Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of biology, and particularly discloses a brevundimonas ML17 strain (with the preservation number of CGMCC No.22280) for degrading ochratoxin A (ochratoxin A, OTA) and ochratoxin B (ochratoxin B, OTB) and application of the brevundimonas ML17 strain. The invention provides a microbial agent containing the ML17 strain, an OTA and/or OTB degradation agent prepared from the ML17 strain or microbial inoculum, application of the ML17 strain, ML17 microbial inoculum and ochratoxin in OTA and/or OTB biodegradation, application of the ML17 strain or the microbial agent in preparing the ochratoxin biodegradation agent.
