The lamp comprises an optical device body, the optical device body comprises a top cover and a light source part arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the inner side of the top cover, wiring frames are arranged on the two sides of the light source part, an external circuit penetrates through the wiring frames to be connected with the light source part, and reflecting plates are arranged on the periphery of the light source part and movably connected with the top cover, and are used for adjusting the angle of the reflection light source to control the condensation effect.
