The constant-temperature negative-pressure dynamic headspace oil-gas separation device comprises a gas inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe, an oil inlet pipe, an oil outlet pipe, an oil mist filtering device and an optical gas chamber. The air inlet pipe is communicated with the oil mist filtering device through a first pipeline and a second pipeline, an air inlet valve is arranged on the first pipeline, and an oil discharging valve is arranged on the second pipeline.
