The fusion protein comprises a) a Cas9 enzyme domain; b) an unstable domain (DD); c) a cytosine deaminase domain (CDA) and d) a uracil glycosidase inhibitor (UGI) domain. According to the invention, high-efficiency, high-precision and controllable base editing can be realized in genomes of various eukaryotes.
