The synthesis method provided by the invention comprises the following steps of by taking alkyl-substituted allyl alcohol silyl ether and beta, gamma-unsaturated keto ester as reaction raw materials, catalyzing in an organic solvent through a Lewis acid catalyst to obtain the indole-polysubstituted cyclopentane compound.
