The method comprises the following steps: S1, measuring a laser-induced breakdown spectrum; S2, training an artificial intelligence algorithm by taking the two laser-induced breakdown spectrums as input values, and distinguishing a normal tissue epidermis sample and a hemangioma sample; S3, measuring the depth of a surface pit caused by the primary laser; S4, judging whether hemangioma exists or not, and obtaining the depth of the pit on the surface of the human tissue; and S5, if the hemangioma exists and does not exceed the preset value at the same time, continuing to treat the hemangioma; and if the tissue is normal or exceeds the preset value, stopping treatment or moving the laser irradiation point to treat hemangioma at other points.
