VOCs waste gas pretreatment method

The invention provides a VOCs waste gas pretreatment method which comprises the following steps: inputting absorption liquid into a storage section of a pretreatment tower, then inputting the absorption liquid into the tops of 1-3 filler layers respectively, and spraying from top to bottom after the absorption liquid is uniformly distributed; inputting the VOCs waste gas into a pretreatment tower to sequentially pass through a lower layer filler, a middle layer filler and an upper layer filler in the pretreatment tower from bottom to top after being uniformly distributed, and to be in countercurrent contact with absorption liquid on the surfaces of the fillers for full mass transfer, wherein the gas residence time is 15-30 seconds, and the removal rate of non-methane total hydrocarbon, benzene, methylbenzene and xylene in the waste gas reaches 60%; discharging the purified VOCs waste gas to a follow-up treatment device, enabling the absorption liquid to flow back to the storage section and to be recycled thro
