Light imaging system and method

The invention provides a light imaging system and method.The light imaging system comprises a broadband light source, wherein a first diaphragm, a front lens group, a first polarization beam splitter, a first optical filter, a first relay lens group, a first reflector, a second diaphragm, a second relay lens group, a second polarization beam splitter and an image plane are arranged in sequence along the propagation direction of light beams emitted by the broadband light source; and a second optical filter, a third relay lens group, a second reflector, a third diaphragm, a fourth relay lens group, the second polarization beam splitter and the image plane are sequentially arranged along the propagation direction of the light beam reflected by the first polarization beam splitter. According to the optical imaging system and method provided by the invention, the telecentric structural design is adopted, so that light rays of different visual angles are ensured to be incident into the optical filter at the same co
