Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a surfactant composition capable of improving the retention of a liquid oil on a solid surface, said surfactant composition comprising an anionic surfactant (A), a cationic surfactant (B), a liquid oil (C) and water, wherein the water constitutes a continuous phase, the molar ratio RA is 0.25-0.60, and the molar ratio Rb is 0.6 or greater. RA: The molar ratio {(A)/[(A)+(B)]} of the amount of the anionic surfactant (A) relative to the total amount of the anionic surfactant (A) and the cationic surfactant (B).
