The invention discloses a fast feed milling blade and a milling tool thereof. The milling blade comprises a blade body which is roughly in a quadrilateral shape; the blade body has an upper surface, a bottom surface and side surfaces; the upper surfaces and the side faces of the four edges of the blade body intersect to form main cutting edges, the adjacent main cutting edges are in fillet transition at the corners of the blade body to form tool noses, and fillet cutting edges are arranged at the tool noses; and a front blade surface, a concave curved surface and a positioning surface which extend from the cutting edge to the center part in sequence are arranged on the upper surface of the blade body, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are distributed in the concave curved surface and correspond to the four edges of the blade body, and the distance distribution between the adjacent reinforcing ribs changes from small to large when viewed from the tool nose to the main cutting edge in the anticlockwise direction.
