The method comprises the steps: carrying out the structural plane modeling according to the horizon data, and obtaining a fault block geologic model; performing fault modeling according to the fault data to obtain a fault model; repeatedly executing the following steps until the precision of the fault block geologic model reaches a preset precision requirement, and outputting a latest fault block geologic model: according to the fault block geologic model and the fault model, analyzing a cross-over relationship between the fault and the layer, and generating an intersection line between the layer and the fault; adjusting the intersecting line of the bedding plane and the fault to obtain the intersecting line of the bedding plane and the fault meeting a preset condition; and rebuilding the fault block geologic model by taking an intersection line of the layer and the fault meeting a preset condition as a constraint condition, a
