Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a digital PCR reaction system for detecting a BRAF V600E site and application of the digital PCR reaction system. The reaction system comprises a BRAF V600E site specific amplification primer, a wild type probe and a mutant type probe, and the sensitivity and the stability of the whole reaction system are greatly improved by optimizing the concentration ratio of the primer and the probes in the PCR amplification system. The reaction system is suitable for detecting various sample types such as tumor tissues, peripheral blood, plasma and the like, and particularly has high detection sensitivity and accurate and reliable results in trace samples such as free nucleic acid and the like, and has relatively high application value.
