The invention relates to a dynamic analysis method for oil reservoir development. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining the water-oil ratio WOR, the accumulated oil production Np, the accumulated liquid production Lp and the crude oil volume coefficient Bo of an oil reservoir; drawing a series of data points by taking the logarithm of the WOR as a vertical coordinate and taking a formula as a horizontal coordinate; and performing linear regression on the data points to obtain a water drive characteristic curve relational expression.
