The preparation method of the flaky CeO2/UIO-66-NH2 composite photocatalytic material comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a CeO2 nanosheet precursor through a water bath synthesis method, and then calcining the CeO2 nanosheet precursor to obtain a CeO2 nanosheet; s2, ultrasonically dispersing zirconium tetrachloride and 2-amino-1,4 phthalic acid in a solvent, then adding the CeO2 nanosheet into the solvent, uniformly mixing the solution, preserving heat for 12-48 hours at the temperature of 100-180 DEG C, and then separating and drying the solution to obtain the flaky CeO2/UIO-66-NH2 composite photocatalytic material.
