Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of reinforcing material modification, in particular to a high-impact-resistance polyformaldehyde material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 90%-100% of polyformaldehyde, 0.1%-0.5% of a coupling agent, 0.1%-5% of a lubricant, 0.1%-5% of an antioxidant, 0.1%-2% of a chain extender and 0.1%-0.5% of a formaldehyde absorbent. According to the preparation method, moisture reaction type polyurethane resin is adopted, a coupling agent, a lubricant, an antioxidant and a chain extender are matched, and a plurality of active functional groups of the chain extender are fully utilized to graft small-molecular-weight polyformaldehyde onto a macromolecular chain, so that the macromolecular-chain high-impact-resistance polyformaldehyde material is obtained.
