Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for predicting the melting temperature of coal ash for blast furnace injection, which comprises the following steps: roasting pulverized coal to prepare a coal ash sample, analyzing two oxide components of silicon dioxide and calcium oxide from the coal ash sample by using a chemical analysis method, according to the percentage content of the chemical components and the established acid-base ratio, establishing a relation between the coal ash acid-base ratio and the ash melting performance, calculating the melting temperature of the coal ash for blast furnace injection, and analyzing the ash melting characteristics of different raw coal or mixed coal. Therefore, the method has important reference significance on matching and injection of mixed coal powder for blast furnace injection.
本发明涉及一种预测高炉喷吹用煤灰熔融温度的方法,取煤粉焙烧后制得煤灰试样,对煤灰试样采用化学分析方法,分析出二氧化硅和氧化钙两种氧化物成分,依据化学成分百分含量及其所构建的酸碱比,进而建立起煤灰酸碱比与灰熔融性能关系,推算高炉喷吹用煤灰熔融温度,可分析出不同原煤或者混煤的灰熔融特性,从而对高炉喷吹用混合煤粉搭配及喷吹具有重要的借鉴意义。 |
