The present invention provides a pop-up and rotational camera and electronic device including the same. The electronic device includes a housing, a display, at least part of which is included in the housing, a sliding part that includes an opening exposed to an outside area and that slides relative to the housing, and a camera module that is disposed in the opening and that rotates relative to thesliding part.
