Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device for quantitatively determining the light preference of aquatic organisms. The device comprises a plurality of variable spectrum lamps and a plurality of annularly arranged box bodies; each box body comprises a first containing groove and a second containing groove formed in the first containing groove; each variable spectrum lamp is arranged in each first containing groove; a partition capable of being opened and closed is arranged at one end of each second containing groove, an aquatic organism adaptation area is defined by the multiple partitions, and an aquatic organism selection area is formed by the multiple second containing grooves; during measurement, each variable spectrum lamp emits light with different spectrums, the partition is in an open state, to-be-measured aquatic organisms move to an aquatic organism selection area from the aquatic organism adaptation area, and quantitative measurement of the light preference of the aquatic organisms is completed.
