Zusammenfassung:	A resin filler pipe is provided with: a cylindrical body (32a); a flange (32b) which has an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter (Doa) of the cylindrical body (32a), is formed thicker than the thickness of the cylindrical body (32a), has a predetermined width in the axial direction, and has a first end surface (32b1) in the axial direction constituting a welded surface welded to the outer peripheral edge of the opening hole (21) of the fuel tank (20); and a base end-side inverted tapered section (32c) that connects the fuel tank (20)-side end of the cylindrical body (32a) and the fuel tank (20)-opposite end of the outer peripheral surface (32b2) of the flange (32b), and that is formed in an inverted tapered shape that expands in diameter toward the flange (32b) side.
