On the basis of the method for preparing the metal powder through the vacuum tight coupling gas atomization technology, the prepared powder directly enters the post-treatment procedure, automatic production including airflow crushing, drying and mixing, metering and weighing, aluminum foil sealing and the like is carried out, and the problems that operation is tedious, automation is insufficient and production efficiency is low in the process of preparing the metal powder through the vacuum tight coupling gas atomization technology and post-treatment procedure are solved; and the metal powder and the alloy powder prepared through the method have the performance characteristics of being high in sphericity degree, good in fluidity, low in oxygen content, uniform in particle size distribution, dry and smooth in appearance quality, free of particles with obvious oxidation color, high
