The method includes establishing an endoscope imaging view cone model based on a camera coordinate system; establishing a charge level imaging model based on a camera coordinate system and a world coordinate system of the endoscope; based on the endoscope imaging cone model and the charge level imaging model, establishing a quantitative model of the endoscope pose and the charge level effective imaging area; according to the quantitative model, configuring the mounting pose of the blast furnace endoscope, and therefore the technical problem that the obtained charge level imaging area is small due to the fact that an existing blast furnace endoscope cannot give full play to the detection view field performance is solved.
