Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a coconut oil nanosphere and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing deoxycholate and soybean lecithin according to a mass ratio of 1: (2-4), and then adding an organic solvent and coconut oil to obtain a mixture, wherein the mass-volume ratio g/ml of the soybean lecithin to the coconut oil is 4: (0.5-1.5); and (2) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on the mixture obtained in the step (1), carrying out rotary evaporation, then adding a phosphate buffer salt solution, and carrying out hydration at a temperature of 55-65 DEG C for 20-40 min to obtain the coconut oil nanosphere.
