Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method and a system for online real-time monitoring and evaluation of the state of a numerical control machine tool system, and relates to the field of equipment state monitoring and fault diagnosis. The method comprises the steps: carrying out standardization of a collected vibration signal of a moving part of the numerical control machine tool system, and carrying out the segmentation in a time domain; performing wavelet packet decomposition noise reduction and feature extraction on the segmented vibration signals to obtain a high-dimensional wavelet packet energy feature set; performing nonlinear mapping on the high-dimensional wavelet packet energy feature set through an auto-encoder to obtain a low-dimensional signal feature space; and using the mahalanob is distance for measuring the state of the numerical control machine tool system, and mapping a measurement result into a state index.
