Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-density chrome corundum brick for a hazardous waste disposal rotary kiln, and belongs to the field of refractory materials. The chrome corundum brick comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-20% of chromium oxide with the particle size of less than or equal to 3mm; 5-15% of alumina micro powder with a particle size of less than or equal to 0.004mm; 1-5% of a binding agent; and the balance of corundum with the particle size of less than or equal to 8mm, wherein Al2O3 is greater than or equal to 94%. The chrome corundum brick is prepared by mixing the raw materials according to the required ratio, preparing a pug in a mixing mill, performing molding under the pressure of more than or equal to 400 tons, and sintering a green brick in a tunnel kiln or a shuttle kiln at 1500-1800 DEG C after molding.
