Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-yield environment-friendly tin recovery process for anode mud. The method comprises the following steps of S1, calcining the anode mud in a calcining device; S2, adding nitrobenzoic acid and hydrochloric acid into the calcined anode mud for oxidative leaching, and filtering and separating to obtain SnCl2 leachate; S3, adding sponge lead powder into the leachate obtained in the step S2 for an oxidation-reduction reaction, purifying a reacted solution through a purifying agent after the reaction is completed, and then filtering and separating out a purified solution; and S4, taking the solution in the S2 as an electrolyte, taking an inert electrode as a cathode and an anode, and depositing tin through electrolysis. The process solves the problems of low efficiency, serious pollution and the like of the existing anode mud tin recovery process.
