Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for determining the content of hydroxyl-alpha-sanshool. The method comprises the following steps: heating and blow-drying a to-be-determined sample by using inert gas; redissolving with an acetonitrile aqueous solution, and oscillating to obtain an analysis sample; and combining the HPLC-MS to determine and analyze the sample. According to the method, simple and rapid nitrogen blow-drying is adopted for pretreatment, organic reagents such as ethyl acetate interfering with hydroxyl-alpha-sanshool content determination are removed, and interfering substances are separated by using a chromatographic column, so that the measurement result is more accurate. Meanwhile, the method has the advantages of high sensitivity, accurate measurement and simple and rapid operation. 本发明公开了一种测定羟基-α-山椒素含量的方法,包括:使用惰性气体加热吹干待测样品;用乙腈水溶液复溶后震荡得到分析样品;HPLC-MS联用测定分析样品。本发明采用简单快速的氮气吹干进行前处理,去除干扰羟基-α-山椒素含量测定的乙酸乙酯等有机试剂,并利用色谱柱分离干扰物质,使测量结果更精确。同时还具有灵敏度高,测量精确,且操作简单快速的优点。
