Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a primer, a probe and application for identifying a CDV (canine distemper virus) wild strain and a vaccine strain. The primer comprises an upstream primer with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 1, a downstream primer with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 2, a vaccine strain probe with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 3 and a wild strain probe with a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID NO. 4.
