The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of: 1) welding a seamless steel pipe on a steel plate, and then welding a brake bowl on the steel plate through machining to obtain an integrated hub converter primary product; (2) lathe finish machining: specifically, carrying out finish machining on the welded integrated hub converter primary product through a lathe, guaranteeing product precision, and obtaining an integrated hub converter intermediate product; (3) painting: painting anti-rust paint on the surface of the integrated hub converter intermediate product obtained after lathe finish machining; and 4) integral mounting: mounting a bearing, a bolt and a nut on the painted integrated hub converter intermediate product to obtain an integrated hub converter finished product.
