Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a percutaneous drug pressing/ionophoresis controlled release device based on a 3D printing hollow microneedle array. The percutaneous drug pressing/ionophoresis controlled release device sequentially comprises the 3D printing hollow microneedle array, an anti-seepage ring, a sponge drug storage layer, a conductive film and a fixing component from bottom to top. A hollow structure is arranged in the middle of the anti-seepage ring, a drug storage groove is formed by the top of the 3D printing hollow microneedle array and the hollow structure of the anti-seepage ring, thesponge drug storage layer is placed in the drug storage groove and used for drug storage, the anti-seepage ring and the sponge drug storage layer are compressed through pressing, and pressing type drug delivery is achieved. The conductive film is arranged above the anti-seepage ring, and the fixing component is arranged at the top of the conductive film and used for fixing the controlled release device to a living body.
