The method comprises the following steps: receiving an image of an equipment resolution test card acquired by iris acquisition equipment to be tested; and detecting preset marks in the image, detecting preset mark outer frames when the number of the detected preset marks meets a preset requirement, determining a measurement area based on a detection result of the outer frames, and calculating the resolution of the iris acquisition equipment to be tested through the measurement area.
