The hardware/software system comprises a virtual reality glove, a controller with a sensor, an electroencephalograph and a computer provided with a specific task game. The glove is configured with built-in sensing elements that can track finger and hand movements in space. A controller is located on the shoulder joint to collect information about shoulder joint motion during exercise in the game. Wherein the computer is configuredto receive information from the aforementioned device; carrying out computer analysis on the received information related to the brain, arm muscles and fine exercise skills of the patient; determiningthe fatigue degree of the patient; exercise in the game is automatically adjusted, and the most effective exercise is selected; and storing the rehabilitation result of the patient in a database.
