Microwave self-repairable polypropylene-carbon-based composite material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a microwave self-repairable polypropylene carbon-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The polypropylene carbon-based composite material capable of beingself-repaired by microwave is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene resin; 0.3-1.2 parts of an antioxidant; 0.3-1.2 parts of a lubricant; 2-5.5 partsof a self-repairing polypropylene master batch; wherein the melt index of the polypropylene resin is 15-55 g/10 min; wherein the self-repaired polypropylene master batch is obtained by melt extrusionand granulation of a carbon-based material, a silane coupling agent and polypropylene powder through a double-screw extruder; wherein the carbon-based material is at least one of carbon black, carbonnanotubes and graphene. The polypropylene carbon-based composite material with the microwave self-repairing function has excellent self-repairing performance, mechanical performance and processability in a microwave environment
