The system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle platform, an airborne aeromagnetic measurementsystem, a ground measurement and control station, a ground magnetic diurnal variation base station, a field data pre-system, a field data quality analysis system and an indoor data processing mappingsystem; the unmanned aerial vehicle is mainly composed of a vehicle body, a rear engine, a flight control system, a GPS navigation positioning system and a wireless communication system, can achievefull-autonomous flight and remote monitoring. The system is scientific and reasonable in structure and safe and convenient to use, has the high-precision magnetic total field scalar measurement capacity and the magnetic level gradient scalar measurement capacity. The unmanned aerial vehicle has long endurance, ultra-low altitude and full-autonomous flight capacity, medium-low speed flight capacity, high-precision flight con
