Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of functional foods, and particularly discloses an application of Chinese gall honey to preparation of anti-helicobacter pylori products. Through research,the inventor finds that the Chinese gall honey has relatively strong bacteriostatic activity on pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and helicobacter pylori, so that the application of the Chinese gall honey to the preparation of the anti-helicobacter pylori products is provided. The active raw material of the anti-helicobacter pylori products can only be the Chinese gall honey. The Chinese gall honey comprises benzoic acid, safflower phaseolic acid, lumiflavin, trans-, trans-abscisic acid, photopigments, cis, trans-abscisic acid, and Chinese gall element. The invention further discovers that the Chinese gall element has an anti-helicobacter pylori effect alone, and further provides the application of the Chinese gall element to preparation of the anti-helicobacter pylori products. |
