Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a polystyrene-coated metal oxide nanoparticle and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out suspension polymerization on a dispersion liquid containing metal oxide nanoparticles, a styrene monomer, an initiator, a surfactant and a solvent to obtain a product slurry, removing the solvent in the product slurry to obtain polystyrene-coated zinc oxide nanoparticles, wherein the surfactant is selected from one or a combination of more of an anionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant. According to the method, the surfaces of the metal oxide nanoparticles can be coated with the complete and uniform polystyrene coating layer through in-situ suspension polymerization of styrene, and the polystyrene coated metal oxide nanoparticle core-shell nano material is formed.
