The method comprises the following steps of enabling kerogen in an organic-matter-rich rock to be equivalent to a mineral matrix; interpreting the logging information by using a logging interpretation method to obtain organic matter content, mineral content, porosity and saturation; establishing a relationship between longitudinal and transverse wave velocities of the rock and kerogen content, porosity, matrix minerals, critical porosity and consolidation coefficient parameters; the optimal critical porosity and consolidation coefficient of each sample point being searched so that the error between theoretical prediction and actually measured longitudinal wave velocity is minimum; substitutingthe critical porosity and the consolidation coefficient obtained by inversion into a CPPC model to calculate the transverse wave velocity, and obtaining the longitudinal wave velocity at the same time.
