Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a whole-course nitrification, short-cut denitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation single-stage coupling process control method. The method comprises the following steps:(1) establishing a reaction system; (2) conducting sludge inoculation and microbial culture; and (3) starting and operating a reactor. According to the invention, through reactor system establishmentand operation condition control, functional microorganisms with whole-course nitrification, short-cut denitrification and anaerobic ammonia oxidation are simultaneously cultured and enriched in a single micro-aerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactor, and part of ammonia nitrogen can be completely oxidized into nitrate nitrogen by virtue of whole-course nitrifying bacteria; and then, in the presence of short-cut denitrifying bacteria, the ammonia nitrogen is reduced into nitrite nitrogen, the residual ammonia nitrogen and the generated nitrite nitrogen provide necessary substrates for subsequent anaerobic ammonia oxidat |
