Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a grape branch fermented feed preparation process and equipment based on a biological fermentation technology. The preparation process mainly comprises the following steps of S1, washing and soaking collected grape branches, and introducing ozone water to eliminate pesticide residues; S2, crushing the pretreated grape branches, performing high-pressure sterilization, and adding a mixed bacterium suspension for modified fermentation; S3, premixing the modified grape branch powder with cottonseed meal, fish meal, meat and bone meal, distillers' grains, rice bran, bagasse,wheat bran, corn flour and calcium hydrophosphate, and then adding fermentation liquor; and S4, stacking the fermented materials into long piles with the same length and the same height at the bottomof a fermentation chamber, performing covering fermentation, and conveying the fermented grape branch fermented feed into a granulator through a conveying device for granulation.
