Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a mixed nitrogen source for tetracycline fermentation and an application method thereof in tetracycline fermentation. According to the invention, a mixture composed of soya bean meal, corn germ meal, urea, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and glucose is fermented and degraded into a mixed nitrogen source through lactobacillus. The mixed nitrogen source is used as a novel organic nitrogen source for base materials and supplementary materials in tetracycline fermentation. The mixed nitrogen source can achieve certain mycelia content and keep good mycelia quality in fermentation of primary metabolites when being applied in the fermentation base materials. When the mixed nitrogen source is used in the supplementary materials, the mixed nitrogen source can promote synthesis of metabolites when mycelia enter secondary metabolism from primary metabolism, and improve bacteriocin production capacity of the mycelia. Particularly, the novel mixed nitrogen source can be fully and thoroughly utilize
