The high and steep rock slope ecological greening method comprises the following steps of 1,spraying mortar on a slope surface, specifically, humidifying the slope surface, and spraying the mortar; 2, installing a protective net, specifically, paving a protective net on a solidified mortarsurface, and fixing the protective net by using anchor bolts; and 3, installing a greening device.
