The invention relates to a rapid positioning and clamping structure for an annular die. The rapid positioning and clamping structure comprises a first fixing ring, a die locking ring, a second fixingring and a tool ring. The first fixing ring is fixed to a machine tool workbench and provided with a groove and an inner ring shoulder. The die locking ring is arranged at the inner ring shoulder andclamped between the first fixing ring and the second fixing ring.
