Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an education value-added evaluation method based on an item reaction theory IRT model, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a specified examination, andimporting the scores of all subjects of students; (2) converting student scores into abilities by using a project reaction theoretical model; (3) converting the ability of the students into equivalence; and (4) fitting the student ability to an education value-added evaluation model, and calculating school efficiency. According to the invention, student scores are converted into abilities by usinga project reaction theory, and the abilities of students in all groups are equivalent and placed on the same scale. Thus, a value-added evaluation mode can be used to compare the change of school efficiency of different schools, compare the change of teaching level of teachers, and calculate and compare the average efficiency of schools and teachers.
