Penetration type damage repairing method for honeycomb sandwich structure

The invention provides a penetration type damage repairing method for a composite honeycomb sandwich structure. A damaged structure is repaired and reinforced with a method of filling a honeycomb coreand then laying repairing laying layers on panels on the inner and outer sides of the honeycomb sandwich structure; the method specifically includes the following steps that (1) after the periphery of the newly-manufactured honeycomb core is wrapped in polystyrene foam, a penetration type damage area is filled; 2) the damage areas of the panels are filled and leveled up with prepreg filling cloth; (3) after the periphery of the damage area of the panel on one side is polished by the aid of fine sandpaper, an adhesive film and the repairing laying layer are sequentially laid, and heating, pressurizing and curing are conducted; and (4) the panel on the other side is repaired with the same method, and repairing of the damaged structure is completed.
