Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method and a device for removing chlorobenzene from hydrogen chloride gas. The method comprises the following steps of intercepting chlorobenzene-containing hydrogen chloridegas through a gas membrane to remove chlorobenzene, wherein the gas membrane is a composite membrane, comprises a cast bottom membrane and a selective layer membrane, has excellent performances of high flux and high intercepting rate, and can significantly improve the removal efficiency of chlorobenzene in HCl, and meanwhile, adopting a modified activated carbon adsorbent loaded on ZrO2 sol to further reduce the chlorobenzene content in HCl. The method has the advantages of high desorption precision, low energy consumption, small occupied area of the device and the like. 本发明提供了一种从氯化氢气体中脱除氯苯的方法及装置。包括含氯苯的氯化氢气体通过气体膜截留脱除氯苯;所述的气体膜是一种复合膜,包括铸底膜和选择层膜,具有高通量与高截留率的优良表现,可显著提高HCl中氯苯脱除效率。同时,同时采用负载于ZrO2溶胶的改性活性炭吸附剂,来进一步降低HCl中的氯苯含量。本发明方法具有脱附精度高,能耗低、装置占地面积小等优点。
