The memory alloy anti-loosening bolt assembly comprises a bolt, a memory alloy sleeve, a nut and a nutlocking sleeve, wherein the memory alloy sleeve, the nut and the nut locking sleeve sequentially arranged on the bolt in a sleeved mode, and the nut and the nut locking sleeve are fixedly connected. During mounting, the anti-loosening bolt assembly penetrates through a hole of a connected piece, the nut is mounted and pre-tightened, and the memory alloy sleeve is heated until the memory alloy sleeve completes phase change; and the nut locking sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the nut in a sleeved mode, and the whole locking sleeve is heated, so that deformation is completely recovered, and the anti-loosening performance is guaranteed.
