According to the production process, a micro-alloying element Ti and a hardenability element B are added on the basis of a 2CrNiMoMnV component in an existing GB/T 1299-2014 table 17; vacuum welding is performed on a high-quality plate blank (continuous casting blank) with a certain thickness after the surface is milled and ground; a composite plate blank subjected to vacuum welding is put on a large platform capable of completely covering the surface of the plate blank and is forgedby using a large forging machine with the forging force of more than 10000 tons according to a WHF forging method; the composite plate blank returns to a furnace for heating after the composite plateblank is forged and welded in a vacuum welding area; and after free forging for 2-3 times, the module for a large mold with the thickness range of 550-1000 mm and the maximum weight of about 30 tons is obtained, and finally, t |
