The invention provides a planetary reducer integrated with a motor. The planetary reducer comprises a motor and a planetary reducer body installed at the left end of the motor, wherein the motor is provided with a shell and a rotor arranged in the shell, a sun gear is mounted at the right end of the rotor, the planetary reducer comprises an inner gear ring, an output flange, a speed reduction assembly and an output shaft, the shell, the inner gear ring and the output flange are fixedly connected from left to right, the speed reduction assembly is installed in the inner gear ring and the outputflange, the input end of the speed reduction assembly is in transmission connection with the sun gear and inner teeth of the inner gear ring, the output shaft is installed on the output flange through a bearing and connected with the output end of the speed reduction assembly, a first seam allowance is formed in the right end of the shell, a second seam allowance is formed in the left end of theinner gear ring, an oil se
