The method comprises the following steps of: S1, segmenting a battery pack and carrying out an open-circuit voltage test; S2, determining an average value of charging and discharging voltage charge quantity of each battery cell; S3, determining the charge quantity change value and the charging and discharging speed of each battery cell; S4, determining an average instantaneous charging and discharging slope matrix of the battery pack; S5, determining a battery pack row direction slope and a battery pack column direction slope; and S6, determining a charging and discharging balance coefficient to obtain the charging and discharging balance of a vehicle lithium ion battery.
